Welcome to Buttry Cattle Co. Our central Missouri ranch is tucked into the rolling hills of Polk and Hickory County. We are a family owned and operated Wagyu farm producing some of the finest full blood Wagyu beef. All of our cows are 100% Japanese Wagyu and registered through the American Wagyu Association. From farm to table, the butchering process is done by USDA certified butchers to ensure that our customers get the finest products.
